The
Mrs. Tourism 2019 pageant culminated in the exciting crowning of six titlists
during coronation held in Tanghalang Pasigueño on Monday.
Mrs.
Thailand Apipapha Jankaen was named Mrs. Tourism Queen Mother 2019 and Mrs.
Philippines Giselle Legaspi Barrion was named Mrs. Tourism Universe 2019.
Mrs.
Taiwan Melodie Chen took the title as Mrs. Tourism World 2019 while Mrs. South
Africa Roxanne Theresa Wang won as Mrs. Tourism International 2019.
Mrs.
Bangladesh Farhana Afrin Oyshe was named Mrs. Tourism Globe 2019 and Mrs. Laos
Malaythong Sirisak was crowned Mrs. Tourism Earth 2019.
The
six winners will be called as “The Mother Who Cares for the World,” to reign as
the face and voice of the Mrs. Tourism 2019 advocacy to stop racial discrimination
and promote their own personal social platforms.
The
38-year-old, Barrion is an entrepreneur and Facilitator at the University of
Santo Tomas Graduate School. She has a Master’s degree in Business
Administration at UST Graduate School and is pursuing her PhD in
Organization Development at S A I D I Graduate School of Organization
Development.
On
its third year, Mrs. Tourism 2019 is produced and presented by Megastar
Productions, headed by CEO/president Ovette Ricalde, who also manages the Mrs. World
