The
inaugural Global Asian Model Philippines Search, which aims to discover the
next stars in fashion, pageants and entertainment, was launched with the final
screening of the aspirants held recently at Empire Studios, Uptown Mall in BGC,
Taguig City.
Thirty-six
finalists, twenty-one for female and fifteen for male, were announced in the
event by Jonas Antonio Gaffud, president of Mercator Artist Management, Inc., a
leading modeling agency in the Philippines. “We are looking for those with high
potentials to succeed in the modeling profession, not just here, but in the
international stage as well,” said Gaffud.
The
21 female aspirants are Danielle Nicole Rosario, Martina Angela Joaquin, Bianca
Apuya, Milissa Grande, Christelle Agustin, Daina Nelson, Claire Rosas, Elaiza
Alzona, Charmaine Davis, Taryana Alexi Austria, Gerlaine Silva, Jasmin Ariola,
Honeylou Nierras, Ashley Montenegro, Asha Gutierrez, Ma. Isabella Ortega,
Patrisha Gutierrez, Courtney Buenaventura, Hannah Quiohilag, Isabell Alves and
Beatrice Santos.
The
15 males are Mar Conrad Camacho, Cheovy Castillo, Daumier Corilla, Mico Teng,
Matthew Tananggee, Drigo Francia, Jason Tan, Benedykt Kaszuba, Michael Franco Bertumen,
Jhay Mark Ronquillo, Cass Gumapas, Carlo Tingcungco, Mitchell Agapito, Afshin
