Queen of Hearts Philippines 2019 pageant crowned its three winners led by Miss
Global Universe Philippines 2020 Layla Adriatico, Miss Lumiere International
World Philippines 2019 Megan Faye Argoncillo and Miss Tourism Worldwide
Philippines 2020 Mary Joy Araracap during the grand coronation night held at
Winford Manila Resort and Casino, Sta. Cruz, Manila on Tuesday.
Adriatico,
a 23-year-old, Fil-Arabian beauty and Business Management graduate from
Bahrain, was crowned by 2019 Miss Global Universe 3rd runner up Letelle Perez.
Adriatico, who advocates for the care and welfare of orphans and the elders, was
a candidate in Mutya Pilipinas 2019 and will compete in Miss Global Universe
2020.
Argoncillo,
a 20-year-old, Tourism student in Canadian Institute, advocates for elderly
care in homes for the aged. She succeeded 2018 Miss Lumiere International World
1st runner up Donna Marie Jan Saludez Balaoro and will vie at Miss Lumiere
International World 2019.
Araracap,
a 22-year-old, native of Cavite and works with ABS-CBN as road manager and
production assistant, advocates for youth empowerment. Araracap, who was
crowned by Miss Tourism Worldwide 2019 Top 10 finalist Camille Joy Ang will
compete in Miss Tourism Worldwide 2020.
Kathleen
Ann Magdugo and Vanessa Joyce Jumao-as were named First and Second Runners up,
respectively. Rounding out the Top 10 are Camille Opalla Alburo, Mariel Lugas,
Mary Rose France Virtudes, Yvonne Inosante Saldua and Zeljemer Del Rosario
Castro.
Argoncillo
also bagged the Miss Social Media, Miss Photogenic and Miss Flawless special
awards while Adriatico won Best in Long Gown. Araracap won Miss Congeniality, Miss
Talent and Best Video Advocacy. Magdugo won Darling of the Press while Jumao-as
won Queen of Substance. Saldua was Miss Popularity and Castro was Miss Glamour
and Best in Swimsuit.
Mitzie
Go Gil, CEO and President of MMG Queen of Hearts Foundation Inc. and Avon Viray
Morales, Mrs. Asia Pacific Global 2019 announced the three winners. The
proceeds from Miss Queen of Hearts Philippines 2019 will go to the MGM Queen of
Hearts Foundation, Inc., a non-stock, non-profit organization, which supports
underprivileged youth and children. (by
