Manhunt International 2018 Vicent Llorach in Manila

Look who’s in town. Spanish hunk, Vicent Llorach Gonzales, the reigning Manhunt International 2018, was in Manila for the contract signing of the Philippines’ hosting of the 20th edition of the Manhunt International set in February 2020. Manhunt International executive president Rosko Dickinson and Manhunt Philippines national director Jonas Antonio Gaffud signed the contract at simple ceremony graced by Llorach on Tuesday at Dusit Thani Manila, Makati.

This will be the second major male international pageant to be hosted in Manila following the Mister World 2019, scheduled to be held on August 23, 2019, the first time to be held in the country. Manhunt International was hosted by Manila in 1999.

The Philippines’ Jane Macasaet was the only Filipino to win the Manhunt International title in 2012 in Bangkok, Thailand. Last year’s Jeff Langan finished as 3rd runner up to Spain’s Llorach.

Founded in 1993 by Alex Liu when he staged the first male model contest in Singapore announcing a ‘Manhunt’. Liu partnered with Australian Dickinson as co-owners, until Liu’s demise in 2018. Manhunt International remains the largest and longest running male modelling contest in the world, franchised to 70 plus countries worldwide and provides platform to aspirants, ages from 18 to 35, to launch and pursue their international modelling career. The Gala World Final in Manila will be produced by the Empire Group of Companies: Empire.ph, Empire Studios, GAME and Mercator Models.
