The 20 Hotpicks during the Press Presentation of Binibining Pilipinas 2018



The Binibining Pilipinas 2018 search is nearing its climax with the highly anticipated press presentation of the forty official candidates held at the Monet Ballroon and Poolside of Novotel Manila, in Araneta Center, Cubao on Wednesday.

“This year’s batch is very special,” said Madam Stella Marquez-Araneta, chairperson of the Bb. Pilipinas Charities Inc. (BPCI), giving a hint that the country has not run out of beautiful contenders for a repeat of the 2013 golden year.

The press presentation was attended by the reigning Bb. Pilipinas queens, Miss Supranational 2017 Miss Friendship Chanel Olive Thomas, Miss Globe 2017-1st runner up Nelda Ibe, Miss Grand International 2017-2nd runner up Elizabeth Clenci, Miss Intercontinental 2017-1st runner up Katarina Rodriguez, Bb. Pilipinas International Mariel de Leon and Miss Universe 2017 Top 10 Rachel Peters. Past Bb. Pilipinas winners graced the event including 1993 Bb. Pilipinas-Universe Dindi Gallardo, 1990 Bb. Pilipinas-Universe Gem Padilla, 1989 Bb. Pilipinas-Universe Sara Jane Paez and other “señoras”.

The 40 lovely Binibinis will be seen again during the National Costume competition on March 3 at the Kia Theater and the Parade of Beauties around Araneta on March 10, preceding the Grand Coronation night on March 18 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.

Six national titles are at stake and any one of these Twenty Hot Picks can be crowned on Finals Night (in random order):
