Twenty married Filipinas will take center stage when they compete in the first edition of Mrs. Philippines International 2017 pageant. With this year’s theme for women empowerment “A Woman for Women,” Mrs. Philippines International 2017 serves as the platform for passionate and active mothers to share their skills, talents and advocacies, and be given the opportunity to be heard and be acknowledged.

Mrs. Philippines International 2017 is presented by Glamore Productions Co., headed by CEO Mrs. Asia Pacific 2016 Kristine Diane C. Nagasaka, a native of Laguna and now Japan-based businesswoman, who finished 1st runner up in Mrs. International 2016 pageant held at Orchid Country Club in Singapore in November 2016.

Like all traditional beauty pageants, the candidates will compete in national costume, talent, long gown, casual and interview preliminaries. The long gown and national costume will be provided by Donnabel’s Couture of Calamba City. The candidates will participate in two charity events on September 16 and 29 (Grandma Make-over) after the press presentation set on August 28.

The winner of Mrs. Philippines International 2017 will be sent in Singapore in December for the 11th Mrs. International pageant.  Two other winners will be chosen as Mrs. Elite Philippines and Mrs. Senior Philippines to compete in different age brackets, 30-40 years and 50-and-above, in Mrs. International 2017.
